(TSX-V: SYH) are releasing an update on their drill program on Cypress' (82.5%) and Skyharbour's (17.5%) owned Broulan Reef Project located in the heart of the prolific Red Lake gold camp in Northwestern Ontario. Skyharbour Broulan Reef Property Agreement with Cypress
Vancouver, BC - Skyharbour Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: SYH) announces that it has entered into an agreement with Cypress Development Corp. ("Cypress"). Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the Company has agreed to sell 2.5% of its 20% interest in the Broulan Reef property to Cypress for the sum of $250,000. Upon completion of the sale, the Company will hold a 17.5% interest in the property and Cypress will hold an 82.5% in the property.
