Skyharbour Resources & Cypress Development enter into an amending agreement
Skyharbour Resources Ltd. ("Skyharbour") and Cypress Development Corp. Skyharbour issues its second tranche of 25,000 common shares to 1304850 Ontario Inc
The Company announces that it has issued its second tranche of 25,000 common shares to 1304850 Ontario Inc. The shares were issued in connection with an Option Agreement dated November 22, 2001 regarding the Slate Bay Property located in the Red Lake Area of Kenora Mining Division, Ontario. The shares are subject to a hold period until the expiry of April 19, 2003.

Skyharbour and Cypress are pleased to announce the completion of Phase 1 of their ongoing mineral exploration program in the heart of the Red Lake gold camp. The companies' McKenzie Island property consists of approximately 2600 hectares and is situated on the western extension of the Balmer assemblage that hosts the prolific Goldcorp Red Lake Mine and the Placer Dome Campbell Red Lake Mine.
