Drilling Commences on Broulan Reef Gold Project, Red Lake, Ontario

June 20, 2006

Vancouver, BC -- Skyharbour Resources Ltd. (TSX.V: SYH) is pleased to announce its summer Phase 2 drill program on the Company's 20% owned Broulan Reef project located in Red Lake, northwestern Ontario.

The diamond drill and equipment have been mobilized to the property and hole #1 is currently being collared. Skyharbour Resources has contracted the summer drill program to Rodren Drilling of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Rodren will complete 3 diamond drill holes to an approximate depth of 4500 feet per hole. Approximately 14,000 feet of diamond drilling will be conducted this summer on the Broulan Reef property. The drill and equipment has now been located on the east shore of McKenzie Island. The first hole will be collared to drill to the east at a dip of 60 degrees from horizontal.

It is the Company's intent to test at depth, the strong magnetic features delineated from this past winters detailed Geophysical Survey that is related to the Bruce Channel geological structure. This structure is currently being drilled successfully by Southern Star Resources and Exall Resources (SSR / EXL) on the north boundary of the Broulan Reef property and by Wolfden Resources (WLF) to the east side of Skyharbour's property.

David Busch, PGeo, Vice President of Exploration, will be managing the Broulan Reef drill program on behalf of the Company.

The Broulan Reef property covers a regional fold closure in rocks of the Bruce Channel sediments. These sediments have become the target of intense exploration as Wolfden Resources (WLF) continues to expand their Bonanza deposit on their Folansbee property to the east and Southern Star Resources / Exall Resources (SSR / EXL) continue to expand a zone under the Bruce Channel adjacent on their Gold Eagle property to the north.

The Broulan Reef summer 2006 Phase II drill program will consist of holes drilled deeper into the regional fold closures of the Bruce Channel sedimentary horizons in an attempt to encounter the higher grade gold intersections reported by both SSR / EXL to the north and WLF to the east of the Broulan Reef boundaries. With the drilling to date having encountered the numerous gold bearing zones and with the ideal geological location of the property, Skyharbour believes that there is significant potential to warrant an extended summer 2006 Phase 2 diamond drill program.

The Company currently holds a 20% interest in the property with Cypress Development Corp. holding the remaining 80% interest.

David J. Busch, B.A., B.Sc., PGeo., Vice President of Exploration, is the qualified person, under the meaning of National Instrument 43-101, and has reviewed the data in this News Release.
