Geological Report commissioned on HB Property

The Company announces that it has commissioned a Geological Report on its Property located in the Heyson and Byshe Townships, Red Lake Area, in the Province of Ontario. The Report was filed on SEDAR on December 3, 2003, and can be accessed on the SEDAR website at www.sedar.com.

The Company entered into an Agreement dated May 14, 2002 (the "Agreement"), with ITL Capital Corporation ("ITL") of Vancouver, British Columbia. Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, ITL granted the Company an option to earn a 51% interest in and to 14 mineral claims consisting of 184 units (approximately 2,571 hectares) located in Heyson and Byshe Townships, Red Lake Area, Kenora Mining Division, Ontario (the "HB Property")

Mineralization in the Red Lake belt has been predominantly gold, copper and zinc. No mineral reserves or production are known on the HB Property.

An Evaluation Report dated November 22, 2003 on the HB Property was prepared by David J. Busch B.A. B.Sc., PGEO. The report documents results of initial testing of targets on the HB Property. Work consisted of diamond drilling, grid establishment, magnetometer surveys, overburden drilling and trenching. The report recommends a further Program consisting of 4000 meters of diamond drilling, statistical analysis of existing analytical data, magnetic survey, line cutting and sampling at an estimated cost of $400,000.
