Phase I Drill program completed on Heyson / Byshe Gold Project

July 9, 2003

Skyharbour Resources Ltd. (the operator) announces that its phase 1 drill program on its Heyson / Byshe gold project has now been completed. A 5-hole drill program, consisting of a total of 1150 meters, was carried out to test an area defined as the SULLY CREEK TILL ANOMALY. A program of till sampling carried out by Skyharbour Resources in 2002 was effective in identifying a large gold-in-till anomaly (Sully Creek Till Anomaly) that would indicate potential of gold mineralization on the property. The head of this northwest trending anomaly has a strike length of approximately 1.5 kilometers and the till pattern indicated possible multiple bedrock sources along this trend. A widely spaced drill program was initiated to attempt to confirm the validity of the Sully Creek Till Anomaly.

All core is now being logged and split and prepared for shipping to TSL Laboratories for assaying in Saskatoon, Sask. by the in-field geologist. Skyharbour anticipates receiving assay results from TSL Laboratories by the end of July. The sampling and preparation of the drill core is being conducted under the direct supervision of Mr. David Busch, P Geo, who is designated a Qualified person with the ability and authority to attest to the authenticity and validity of this data.

Skyharbour has entered into a working option agreement with ITL Capital Corp. dated May 14, 2002, whereby ITL Capital granted Skyharbour the right to earn a 51% interest in the HB property. The property is subject to an underlying option agreement between ITL Capital and Carl Huston, whereby ITL was granted an option to earn a 100% interest in the HB property.
